The parrot cage arrived On time, and although I had a bit of trouble with the screws during assembly, I managed to put it together. The cage is well-built, and my parrot has adjusted well to its new home. The feeders are much easier to handle compared to my previous cage, as I no longer need to reach inside to remove them. A big thanks to the delivery team, who were very helpful. I’m grateful to African Grey Parrots Inc. and will definitely be placing another order soon.

After searching for a couple of weeks for a new cage for our Ruby, we found this one on the Northern Parrots website. It looks almost identical to the cage we have for our Grey. The price was already great, and with the first-order discount and free delivery, it was an even better deal. The cage arrived within a few days. We’ve bought this cage twice now, and it’s the perfect size for both our African Grey and the available floor space. It’s easy to clean and very simple to move around. The only downside is that our clever boy has figured out how to tip the dishes—thankfully, he only does this with the seed dish and not the water. The three dishes are a good size, though it would be nice if the water dish were a bit larger since our bird refuses to use his fancy bird bath and prefers to step into the water dish one leg at a time. Will we buy this cage again? Absolutely. It’s a great size, excellent quality, and most importantly, our bird is happy.

This cage arrived just yesterday, and as someone who’s quite experienced with flat-pack furniture, I dove right into assembling it. I tend to skim instructions and prefer getting things upright first, sorting out the details later. I managed to put it together on my own without any issues. There were a few bolts left over, which I assume are just spares. My parrot eagerly watched the whole process and hopped into the cage before I even had a chance to record it!
I chose the stone color for the cage, and it beautifully complements my parrot’s green feathers and colorful perches. The whole setup—bird, toys, and cage—looks really appealing. I selected this cage because of its small footprint, which is perfect for my workspace. Despite its compact dimensions, the high domed top and low floor offer much more room than I expected. My parrot enjoys climbing around the domed ceiling.
The smaller bottom tray is a breeze to remove and clean, much easier than the larger one I have at home. The food bowls feature unique lift-up door mechanisms that are quite easy to use. While the front door isn’t very large, it swings out smoothly without taking up too much space, thanks to the slightly offset hinges. The bars have wide gaps, large enough for my fingers to fit through up to the knuckles, so it’s really only suitable for medium-sized birds like my Amazon.
A colleague at work commented that it looks like the Rolls Royce of cages. For birds that spend a lot of time outside their cage, this size should be sufficient. However, if your bird spends more time inside, you might want to consider a larger model. Since I only set it up yesterday, I’ll update this review if I encounter any issues, but so far, my bird looks stunning and happy, and I’m thrilled with the purchase.

I purchased a stone-colored Ecuador cage for my Meyers parrot. While the instructions were a bit lacking, it took just under an hour to assemble with the help of a friend. My Meyers quickly adapted to his new home as soon as it was set up. This cage is significantly larger than his previous one, and the bars are slightly further apart, but with a few well-placed perches, he managed to navigate it with ease. The cage arrived well-packaged, and the delivery service was excellent. I’m very pleased with the quality of the finish and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
