How to make a claim:
Contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide:
- Your order number and product code(s) as listed on your invoice
- The website where you found the product, along with a direct link to the exact page
- The price you saw, including any delivery charges
Once we confirm the details, we’ll process your refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please Note:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase.
- The competing product must be identical (same model, size, color), new, undamaged, and available for delivery within 48 hours from a UK-based website.
- The comparison will consider the total standard selling price, including delivery costs, and will exclude temporary promotions.
- Private sellers, price comparison websites, marketplaces, and auction sites are not eligible.
- The Best Price Guarantee is intended for personal use only and cannot be combined with other promotions. We reserve the right to limit or exclude refunds in cases of misuse or bulk purchases.
For example:
If our total price is $49.99 and you find the same product for $44.99 elsewhere, we’ll refund you the difference of £5 plus an extra 10%, resulting in a total refund of $5.50.
