While standard returns should be initiated within 90 days, perishable items like foods must be returned within 30 days for optimal handling.

Free Returns in 3 Easy Steps

Small and medium parcels (up to 15kg) can be returned for FREE at any Post Office.

 

1. Prepare your return

Visit www.royalmail.com/returns follow the instructions and print a free returns label.

Top Tip: Remove the letters ‘SO’ from the beginning of your order number when inputting your details on the Royal Mail website.

 

2. Post Your Return

Drop your parcel off at any Post Office. Make sure your items are securely wrapped and your parcel contains all the information requested. Remember to ask for a receipt as proof of sending.

3. We’ll do the rest

Upon completion of the return processing, expect to receive an email notification. Rest assured, all approved returns will be reimbursed through the original payment method. Kindly be aware that refunds may require 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to reflect in your account.

For larger items or those exceeding 15kg, collection from your location is necessary. Please be advised that a collection fee is applicable for any items you wish to return. What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
